Christian Association of the Blind

The absence of employment development for the blind and partially sighted in Liberia is alarming. This is further exacerbated by the lack of access to computers and internet connectivity. This has placed serious socio-economic constraints on the advancement of blind and partially sighted and their abilities to contribute to the communities in which they live. This project proposes to use Sustain for Life’s adaptive technology expertise to help blind and partially sighted young people and adults to gain computer skills and access employment with the help of Dr. Cristian Bernareggi Professor of Computer Science at Milan University.
